At the age of 18, Dave released a solo album which was considered a classic acoustic guitar record of its time. Dave was featured on the BBC’s Whistle Test and In Concert, and Melody Maker listed him as one of the 6 best guitarists in the world. He was later joined by the multi talented Boo Howard as vocalist, pianist and bass player. As a duo they have forged a name for themselves in the folk clubs up and down the land.
